Terms of Service

These terms apply to the photo editing service at aiobjectremover.org.

The photo editing service

This service removes selected people, objects, text, watermarks and stickers from still photos. It uses AI to reconstruct the selected area. It does not recover the original hidden pixels, verify a person's appearance, edit video or guarantee a perfect result.

You choose the photo and selection, inspect the result and decide whether it is suitable for your intended use. Working images have a longest edge of up to 1024 pixels. Keep your original file independently.

Your account and images

Use an account you control and protect its password. Upload only images you own or have permission to edit. Removing an overlay does not create a license for someone else's photograph. Do not use the service to misrepresent invented image content as an authentic record, infringe rights, harass others or interfere with the service.

You retain whatever rights you already hold in your uploaded material. You authorize us and our AI processing provider to process that material to perform your requested edit. We do not claim that generated detail is an accurate copy of anything hidden by an object or overlay.

Edit credits and purchases

A new Standard edit uses 1 product credit; a new Precision edit uses 2 product credits. Viewing examples and downloading a completed result use no extra credits. Re-editing a successful result is a new edit. A confirmed technical failure automatically returns its full credit cost; a queued or processing task is not yet a failed task.

New accounts currently receive 2 trial credits valid for 7 days. Paid packs are one-time purchases, with the price and credit amount shown at checkout. Purchased credits are valid for 365 days. There is no automatic subscription renewal for these packs. Purchases are available only when a payment provider is enabled.

For a billing problem, email support@aiobjectremover.org or use the site's support entry point with your order reference. Do not submit duplicate payments to retry a delayed order. Payment refunds, where applicable, are handled through the original payment provider and applicable consumer requirements; an edit-credit refund is not a payment refund.

Availability and retention

Processing time varies. If a request is delayed, check My edits before submitting again. Working uploads and results each expire after 30 days. Download the images you want to keep before expiry. The privacy policy explains local drafts, deletion and third-party processing.

We may restrict abusive activity or suspend access to protect the service. We may update these terms as the product changes; the date above identifies this version.
