This policy explains how the photo editing service at aiobjectremover.org handles your information.

Your photos and selections

Before you run an edit, your selected photo and brush strokes are prepared in your browser. To preserve an unfinished edit during sign-in or a purchase, this device may keep a temporary draft in browser storage for up to 24 hours. Use Delete photo & draft in the editor to clear it sooner. Avoid editing sensitive photos on a shared device.

When you submit an edit, we receive the photo, your selection and any optional instruction. We correct orientation, resize the working photo to a longest edge of up to 1024 pixels, and remove embedded image metadata such as location information from the working copy.

AI processing

We send the working image and selection information, or a marked copy and editing instructions, to an external AI processing service. It needs those images to perform your requested edit. Its handling and retention follow its own rules. This service does not promise that external processing services never retain data or use it for training.

Temporary copies held by these services may have different access controls and retention periods from copies stored on this site.

Storage and deletion

Working uploads, including the original working copy, mask and marked image, expire after 30 days. Completed result images expire after 30 days. Our application rejects access after expiry and its maintenance process removes the expired stored files. You can delete a finished edit and its associated photos sooner from the editor. Running edits must finish before deletion.

User image files are not placed in a public gallery. Our input previews and result downloads require the account that owns them. Images are stored in a private bucket. Time-limited input links are shared with the processing service; these links are not returned to your browser.

Deleting a finished edit removes its stored images, editing instructions and result references. Task status, timestamps and credit or payment records can remain for accounting and abuse prevention. Deletion on this site does not immediately delete copies already transferred to third-party processing services.

Account, payment and usage data

We store the account information needed to sign you in, manage edit credits and show your generation history. Payment providers handle payment credentials; we do not receive or store a complete card number. Session cookies keep you signed in. Browser preferences may remember your theme.

To prevent repeated free-credit claims, we record your signup IP address and the country code supplied by our network provider. Free-credit activity records include the account, IP address, country, time and reward decision. These records are available to authorized administrators.

If analytics are enabled, events describe actions such as selecting a photo, requesting an edit and downloading a result, with the removal category. These product events do not include photo bytes, private image URLs or the full editing instruction.

Questions and account requests

For questions about privacy, an edit or your account, including deletion requests, email support@aiobjectremover.org or use the site's support entry point. Please include the edit identifier when reporting a processing issue, and do not send passwords, API keys or unnecessary private photos.
